Plates4Mates mission is to help the less fortunate in Sydney by providing a plate for a mate.
Our Mission
Started in 2017, Plates4Mates run a weekly Sunday food service in Royal Prince Alfred Park, feeding on average 170 - 200 people each week.
We also have food carts that visit the areas around Central Station to hand out hot meals and essentials each Sunday.
Entirely community funded, Plates4Mates continues to enhance the services and the experience we provide to our Mates. We rely on your help and are constantly looking for new contributors to help us maintain and grow the services that we offer
With the tough economic times Australia is facing, we’ve noticed an increase in the amount of people accessing our food service each week - which only continues to rise.
